This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the Rezyno platform.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Rezyno (Sweden, OIB: 19900115‑0237). For privacy questions email info@rezyno.com.
2. Data we process
- Platform users (business owners, staff): name, email, phone, business data, subscription and usage data.
- End users (clients booking): name, email, phone, booking data and notification consent.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, security logs and cookies (see cookie policy).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Registration and service delivery — contract performance.
- Online bookings — contract performance and legitimate interest.
- Appointment email notifications — user consent.
- Subscription billing — contract performance and legal obligations.
- Website analytics — consent (cookies).
4. Data recipients
We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, email, database, payments). Processor agreements include appropriate GDPR safeguards.
5. Retention
We retain data while the user account is active or as needed to provide the service, then for periods required by law (e.g. accounting records). Booking data is retained by the business owner under their own rules.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@rezyno.com.
You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data (HTTPS, access control, backups, limited staff access).
