Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Rezyno online platform operated by Rezyno. The platform lets service providers manage appointments and accept online bookings from end users.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not use the platform in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Package pricing is published on the upgrade page. Subscription payment is available by bank transfer or other methods as they become available. Service activation may depend on payment confirmation.

The business owner is responsible for accuracy of services, prices, opening hours and client communication. Rezyno provides the technical platform and is not a party to the contract between the service provider and the end user unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform design, software, logo and content are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited without written consent.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages caused by force majeure, internet connectivity or third-party service errors.

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

We may amend these terms by publishing updates on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Users may request account deletion in accordance with the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent courts in Croatia have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
